BOGS is known for products that keep your feet warm in cold weather. My challenge as a product line manager was to create a brief for spring products that would help the consumer see their products as lighter spring product while continuing to protect them from the elements.

WIDE CALF
BOGS was selling Wide calf boots but customers were leaving bad reviews because they were not wide enough. My project was to take measurements of our current products, observe fit sessions, compare against competitors, and finally suggest the updates that needed to be made to the lasts.
